Trayveon Williams could change this narrative, but there hasn't been any all-time great Texas A&M running backs since it joined the run-heavy SEC.
The late '80s and early '90s saw a handful of elite Aggie backfields. Players like Greg Hill, Rodney Thomas and Darren Lewis cemented themselves as all-time Aggie greats. This isn't much different than A&M's quarterback play, which saw an uptick during this time period as well.
