Caroline Wozniacki has announced that her first tournament in the 2024 season will be the ASB Classic in Auckland, as she prepares to return to the Australian Open for the first time in four years. This will be a special trip to New Zealand for the former world No.1, as she will be accompanied by her two children for the first time.
“Caroline is an extraordinary woman who is such a remarkable role model as a professional tennis player and person, and now showing that motherhood is no barrier,” ASB Classic Tournament Director, Nico Lamperin, said in a statement.
