The Latest: 1st All-American Final in French Open Boys Event

PARIS — 2:05 p.m.

For the first time at Roland Garros, there will be an all-American final in the French Open boys tournament.

Second-seeded Taylor Fritz reached the final Friday with a 6-1, 6-2 win over Corentin Denolly and will take on Tommy Paul for the title.

The 13th-seeded Paul defeated Michael Mmoh, another American player, 6-4, 6-3.

There were also two American players in the boys' final last year at Wimbledon.

Stanislas Wawrinka has won the first set 6-3 against home favorite Jo-Wilfried Tsonga in their French Open semifinal.
