Gasquet defeated Ivo Karlovic, 6-4, 6-7 (2), 7-6 (6).
Top-seeded Roger Federer beat David Goffin, 6-3, 3-6, 6-1, to set up the other semifinal with Jack Sock, who defeated Donald Young, 5-7, 6-4, 6-2.
