In the men’s tournament, fifth-seeded Milos Raonic served nine aces and broke Juan Monaco’s serve twice to win, 6-3, 6-4. Nick Kyrgios, who reached the final of the Estoril Open on Sunday, beat Daniel Gimeno-Traver, 6-2, 6-3, and will play Roger Federer on Wednesday.
