Bernard Tomic of Australia retained his Bogotá ATP title with a 6-1, 3-6, 6-2 victory over Adrian Mannarino of France.
Tomic was playing his first tournament since an arrest this month in Miami after a rowdy penthouse party. He has also been dropped from Australia’s Davis Cup squad after publicly criticizing his country’s ruling body.
