Britain's Andy Murray remains on course to win back-to-back Olympic gold medals after seeing off Japanese fourth seed Kei Nishikori in the semi-finals.
The Scot, 29, won 6-1 6-4 and will play Spain's Rafael Nadal or Juan Martin del Potro of Argentina in the gold-medal match on Sunday.
Murray has now won 17 matches in a row, which included winning titles at Queen's Club and Wimbledon.
He hopes to become the first man to win two Olympic tennis singles titles.
