Ninth seed Agnieszka Radwanska faced two mild scares in the first set of her opener against Jelena Jankovic, but in the end finished the match with a commanding display, joining Angelique Kerber and Garbine Muguruza in the second round of Wimbledon 2017.
Out on Court No.2, Jankovic served for the first set twice, at 5-4 and 6-5, but both times she missed the chance and Radwanska got the upper hand in the tiebreak, following it with a powerful start in the second set, which developed into an absolute dominance and a bagel.
