The now legendary Nike ensemble that Emma Raducanu wore in the 2021 US Open final will be displayed in the International Tennis Hall of Fame museum in Newport, Rhode Island.
The 18-year-old Raducanu beat fellow teenager Leylah Fernandez in New York and became the first qualifier to win a Grand Slam. The Briton’s ranking has since soared from No.150 to No.22.
The rapidly-risen WTA player has donated her winning Nike outfit to the ITHF. Her Nike Fall NY Slam Tank and Nike Fall NY Slam Skirt have now joined thousands of artefacts in the museum that presents tennis history from its origins through present day.
