Elina Svitolina was top representative of Ellesse tennis clothing, but the world No.19 announced on her official Instagram account yesterday that she's starting the new year dressed in Nike. The Ukrainian posted the above photo, simply saying "Hello Nike", making it clear that she's become a part of the big Nike family.
Ellesse and Svitolina were an excellent combo and I especially enjoyed the retro looks featuring a headband and blue/navy pleated skirts. I don't doubt that Svitolina will look great in Nike, although I have to say that in Ellesse she stood out more, as few other players wore that brand.
