Kim Clijsters has arrived in Monterrey to debut at the Abierto GNP Seguros for the second tournament of her comeback after a seven-year absence and the Hall of Famer was spotted on the court with fellow tennis mom Victoria Azarenka, who will play her first event since last year’s US Open.
It was Azarenka who advised Clijsters to enter the Monterrey Open, saying that it was a great tournament to come and play at, and the Belgian is glad to have come and experienced the friendliness of people on her first professional visit to South America.
