It took overtime and it wasn't pretty, but the Tennessee Volunteers avoided an upset at the hands of Appalachian State Thursday night. The Vols rallied from down 13-3 at the half to secure a 20-13 win. Below, we have every touchdown the Vols score in the game.
Down 13-6, the Vols finally found the end zone with 10:30 to go in the fourth quarter. The score came on a 67-yard TD pass from QB Joshua Dobbs to WR Josh Malone.
In overtime, Dobbs nearly fumbled away the game. Instead, his potential goal line gaffe turned into the game-winning score thanks to RB Jalen Hurd.
