Tennessee has made another top five list on the recruiting trail, making the cut for three-star cornerback Andru Phillips out of Mauldin, South Carolina. The 5-11, 180 pound defensive back released his top five on Friday, including the Vols, along with Louisville, Virginia Tech, Kentucky and N.C. State.
