The Third Saturday in October wasn’t kind to Jeremy Pruitt in his first go around. We all knew a beatdown was coming; we just didn’t know how bad it would get. We shortly realized within the first five minutes of the game it would get out of control.
The loss doesn’t hurt the Vols nor does it affect the rest of the season. Tennessee could win out and have an eight-win season. Jeremy Pruitt would surely win coach of the year in the SEC, right?
