The Tennessee football program has some work to do this summer. Which comes as no surprise to anyone. Butch Jones did recruit well for the program, but somewhere and somehow, some players haven’t panned out.
Now, we can argue all day that it was 100 percent Jones being incapable of developing talent. And, I wouldn’t disagree too much with that statement. The failures of development are noted. However, some players have to take accountability as well.
Nonetheless, Jeremy Pruitt is not in a position to be wildly successful in year one, or at least not at the current moment.
