On Wednesday, the Vols extended another offer to a junior college player in the position they want to beef up the most: defensive line. Defensive tackle Savion Williams announced on his Twitter account that he received an offer from Tennessee.
Williams is currently not rated yet on Rivals. However, 247Sports ranks him as the No.
