Last week, there was an ESPN article suggesting Tennessee football could upset the Georgia Bulldogs. Two weeks before that, Sporting News predicted that the Vols would make a New Year’s Day bowl game, the TaxSlayer Bowl to be specific.
Now, the expectations are continuing to stack up. And another publication is getting in on the fun. Brad Crawford of 247Sports has the Vols going 8-4 in the regular season this year, saying that their only losses will be to the Florida Gators, Georgia Bulldogs, Alabama Crimson Tide and Missouri Tigers.
