Tennessee edges LSU for spot in semifinals

COLUMBIA, Mo. -- No. 4 seed Tennessee earned a 1-0 victory over No. 5 seed LSU in the second round of the SEC Tournament.

The Lady Vols advanced to the SEC semifinals for the 15th time, tied with Alabama for most in conference history.

Meghan Gregg's RBI double in the first inning was enough to secure the win for the Lady Vols.

Tennessee sophomore Caylan Arnold (24-4) threw a complete game for her third shutout this season, retiring 16 of the final 17 batters.
