The Tennessee Volunteers football team has just grown a little bit stronger when it comes to special teams after they announced the addition of a pair of graduate transfers. The team have yet to make official announcements on the transfers.
According to Yahoo Sports, former Cincinnati Bearcat running back Ralph David Abernathy transferred to the SEC school to play under the coach that originally recruited him Butch Jones. Abernathy had most of his playing time returning kicks for the Bearcats last season, but was also formidable in the offense. He complied over 900 rushing yards and 500 receiving yards during his time in Cincinnati from 2011-2014.
