Not content to settle or be outdone by Jeremy Pruitt and Tennessee football, Rick Barnes is making sure Tennessee basketball recruiting stays sharp for 2021. It started by offering four-star center Micawber Etienne, who could reclassify as a 2020 prospect, over the weekend.
However, on Monday the Vols made even bigger news on that front. Texas wingman Harrison Ingram, a five-star on Rivals, trimmed his list down to 10 schools, and Rocky Top managed to make the cut.
Ingram had Tennessee basketball in there with the Baylor Bears, Louisville Cardinals, Michigan Wolverines, Arkansas Razorbacks, Memphis Tigers, Purdue Boilermakers, Stanford Cardinal, North Carolina Tar Heels and Texas A&M Aggies.
