South Carolina beats Tennessee 6-3 to complete sweep

It just wasn’t Tennessee’s weekend, as the Vols saw a 3-1 lead turn into a 6-3 defeat on Saturday to lose their third game to South Carolina in as many days.

Tennessee (17-12, 4-5) couldn’t close out Saturday’s game, as the Vols walked in a run to tie the game in the seventh inning before the Gamecocks’ Jacob Olson hit a go-ahead RBI double in the eighth inning to give USC the lead.

South Carolina added two more runs in the eighth for good measure and secured the sweep over Tennessee.
