Should Tennessee fans panic over Shaq Wiggins’ visit to Mississippi State last week? Based on the latest reports, probably not.
Wiggins said “nothing has changed” and that he remains committed to the Vols, SECCountry.com reports.
Wiggins said he made the Mississippi State visit in part as a sign of loyalty to new Bulldogs defensive coordinator Todd Grantham, who coached him during his previous stops at Georgia and Louisville.
His visit prompted speculation that Wiggins might end up in Starkville instead of Knoxville.
The cornerback, who left Louisville as a graduate transfer after last season, announced in April that he was heading to Tennessee for his senior year.
