Volunteers athletic director Phillip Fulmer called on Tennessee football fans to wear masks amid COVID-19.

Phillip Fulmer is not playing around. Amidst all the talk around whether or not Tennessee football will be able to play the 2020 season with fans in the stands, the Vols athletic director made it clear that a part of that will depend on fans themselves.
