A shoulder injury to former Tennessee linebacker Jalen Reeves-Maybin is still a concern to NFL teams, according to a personnel executive with an NFC team.
“He can play MIKE or WILL in a Tampa 2, and he has really good cover talent. You love his production but he’s got those narrow shoulders and his frame is maxed out. Really productive, but that shoulder injury could drop him quite a bit,” the executive told NFL.com.
Reeves-Maybin led the Vols in tackles in 2014 and ’15 before missing the majority of his senior season in 2016.
