Kaidon Salter posts apology following arrest

Kaidon Salter’s first semester at Tennessee hasn’t gone as planned. The former four-star recruit signed early and enrolled in school early with hopes of getting a headstart on learning Josh Heupel’s new offensive system. However, to this point he has been unable to practice due to a suspension.

Salter was involved in an incident on campus that resulted in the arrest of four members of the football team last month. Linebacker Aaron Willis, defensive lineman Isaac Washington and linebacker Martavius French were also arrested on drug charges.

Neither of the four have practiced so far this spring, with French and Willis delivering the biggest blow in terms of depth.
