Scrolling through Twitter yesterday, a tweet came across about Jordan Young receiving an offer from Tennessee. Curious, I fired up every recruiting database available to me, but I found virtually nothing.
I found no stars by his name and a few offers from small schools like Coastal Carolina, Valdosta State and West Virginia State. Then I saw Tennessee under all of those schools.
One of these things is not like the other.
What gives? I went to SBNation’s recruiting guru Bud Elliott and he had me covered. Elliott talked to head coach about Young, and he was baffled.
