A former Tennessee wideout is back on the move once again. Chas Nimrod was a member of the Vols 2022 class, where Josh Heupel ended up beating out Illinois, Kansas State, Washington State, and Utah State for the 3-star Arkansas product.
Nimrod spent three seasons playing for Tennessee, where he totaled 29 receptions for 315 yards and a touchdown. After the 2024 season, Nimrod decided to hit the transfer portal, and he ended up at South Florida with former Tennessee offensive coordinator Alex Golesh and former backup quarterback Gaston Moore.
In 2025 at USF, Nimrod had a nice year, totaling 23 catches for 466 yards and three touchdowns in only seven games.
