The 2017 Stanley Cup Final features two teams with a direct connection to Joshua Dobbs. So it makes since that the former Vols quarterback would make an appearance at the first game.
Dobbs was spotted wearing a Pittsburgh Penguins jersey with Steelers wide receiver JuJu Smith-Schuster.
