One of the biggest (non-coaching search related) surprises of the Tennessee offseason was Kahlil McKenzie’s decision to enter the 2018 NFL Draft. The former five-star recruit frankly underwhelmed in his time as a Vol, but decided to move on and head to the league after his junior season.
McKenzie is the son of an NFL general manager, adding a unique layer to his decision. He sat down with Uninterrupted.com for a feature piece just days before he finds out where his next home will be.
“I never call it pressure, but I just want to make sure that I’m doing what I need to do to where everyone talks about me the same way they talk about my dad and uncle,” McKenzie said.
