After missing on a couple of receiver targets down the stretch of the 2019 recruiting cycle, receiver has been left as one of the primary positions of need in the 2020 class. Jeremy Pruitt and his staff have added only Cedric Tillman, Ramel Keyton and Jerrod Means since arriving in Knoxville. With Marquez Callaway and Jauan Jennings entering their senior season, this position needs more numbers and talent.
Enter five-star target Rakim Jarrett. The Washington D.C. product has the attention of the entire country early in the 2020 recruiting cycle, including the Vols. Tennessee offered Jarrett in May of last year.
