With Tennessee football all set to open up fall camp on Wednesday, just about everyone has been wondering what the status is for standout defensive back Boo Carter. Over the last week, people have been worried that he was potentially going to get cut for skipping team workouts.
However, it doesn't look like that's going to be the case. Moments ago, ESPN insider Chris Low reported that while there had been buzz that Josh Heupel was going to move on without Carter in 2025, he won't be dismissed from the program and he's expected to start practice with his teammates moving forward.
