After a legitimate scare from Furman on Wednesday night at Thompson-Boling Arena, Tennessee will look to end the non-conference schedule with a win on the road against Wake Forest.
The 8-2 Volunteers came out predictably sluggish in a North Carolina hangover game against Furman, never really waking up. They found a way to get it done in the end, but they’ll have to be better on Saturday on the road.
After an absolutely brutal start to the season, Wake Forest has found their footing over the past few weeks, winning six straight games.
