Another college basketball season is upon us, and Rick Barnes is set to lead another competitive Tennessee team into battle. It’s a brand new roster for Barnes this year, led by five-star freshman point guard Kennedy Chandler, along with veterans like John Fulkerson and Josiah-Jordan James.
Barnes is hoping Chandler solves his lead guard issue, something that’s been lingering around really since Jordan Bone moved on to the NBA. He’s also hoping a guy like Justin Powell can bring enough shooting to balance out the offense.
Tennessee has been picked to finish fourth in the SEC by the media this season, trailing Kentucky, Alabama and Arkansas.
