Cait Craft of Ohio State Buckeyes suffers broken hand, out for NCAA tournament

Ohio State senior guard Cait Craft suffered a broken left hand in practice Tuesday night and is out for the rest of the season.

The Buckeyes, the No. 3 seed in the Sioux Falls regional, play seventh-seeded Tennessee on Friday (9:30 p.m., ESPN2) in the regional semifinals of the women's NCAA tournament.

Ohio State coach Kevin McGuff said Craft was injured during a routine play in practice.

"I really feel badly for her," McGuff told The Columbus Dispatch. "She is such a great kid, and as a senior she's put so much into getting us to this point it's really disappointing for her that she can't play.
