It’s crazy to think about isn’t it? The Tennessee Women’s Basketball team, the beloved Lady Volunteers, are an unranked underdog going into the SEC Tournament with an outside chance of missing the NCAA Tournament in head coach Holly Warlick’s fourth season on the job.
But they now have a chance at a fresh start as they take on the Arkansas Razorbacks Thursday to begin the conference tournament.
It’s not like this team is not talented.
The Lady Vols have scored solid wins against the Syracuse Orange, Oregon State Beavers, and Missouri Tigers, and they also took the South Carolina Gamecocks to the final few minutes.
