2016 Four Star Receiver Commits To Tennessee

Even before taking the field for the first game of the 2015 season, the Tennessee Volunteers got a victory in the recruiting game. Brandon Johnson, a four star receiver from the Fort Lauderdale, Florida area, made the decision to head north and gave a verbal commitment to the Vols:

He’s a 6’3″ target who was getting looks from schools across the country, including several SEC schools. He has been an offensive target for an American Heritage High School team that has sent several top players to Ohio State and Florida State in recent years:

Johnson comes from some impressive athletic stock in South Florida, as his father is former Florida Marlins and MLB catcher Charles Johnson:
