The Titans came from behind to beat the Bears and finish their 2019 preseason with a 2-2 record. It was pretty much what you’d expect from a fourth preseason game. No stars and sloppy play. It wasn’t as bad as last year’s fourth preseason game, but it was still a tough watch. For the last time in the preseason, here are my winners and losers from Titans 19, Bears 15.
