Today we discuss what person is the most important coaching hire to help turn things around in 2016:
1) Titans: Since the Tennessee Titans promoted Hall of Famer Mike Munchak from offensive line coach to head coach in 2011, that position has been a big problem. Munchak’s friend and another Hall of Famer, Bruce Matthews, didn’t match his buddy’s production coaching the O-line. And Ken Whisenhunt’s choice to replace Matthews, Bob Bostad, was a robotic coach who didn’t help anyone make developmental leaps.
