There was some question as to who would start against the Tennessee Titans in Week 9 for the Carolina Panthers, but head coach Ron Rivera confirmed his starter on Monday.
It turns out that the Titans will have to prepare for quarterback Kyle Allen, and not Cam Newton, for the Week 9 game at Bank of America Stadium on Sunday.
