The Titans have signed wide receiver Jalen Tolliver according to Jim Wyatt. Tolliver went undrafted in the 2018 NFL Draft but signed with the Arizona Cardinals as an undrafted free agent. He spent most of the year on the Cardinals practice squad before being promoted to the active roster for the last 4 games of the year.
Tolliver played his college football at Arkansas-Monticello. If you have any idea where that is, go ahead and let the rest of us know in the comments.
It would seem that Tolliver is a long-shot to make the roster with the depth the Titans currently have in the wide receiver room, but this is the second wide receiver the Titans have signed this week- agreeing to terms with Cody Hollister on the 13th.
