The Titans officially placed Logan Ryan on IR earlier this morning. This is a move that we knew was coming after he announced yesterday that he broke his fibula, but it still sucks. Hopefully he will be ready to go when the Titans open their offseason program.
As we speculated last night on Locked on Titans (listen here) the corresponding move for the Titans was to promote Kenneth Durden from the practice squad. That move just makes the most sense on a short week. Durden has been with the team for most of the season between the 53 and the practice squad.
