Titans Add Depth to Secondary; Sign CB Hurst

On Monday, Jon Robinson and the Tennessee Titans dipped into the free agent market again, this time adding more depth to their secondary.

Tennessee agreed to terms with veteran cornerback Demontre Hurst, who spent the first four seasons of his NFL career with the Chicago Bears. Hurst, a former undrafted free agent out of Oklahoma in 2009, has recorded 58 tackles over the past 3 years with the Bears. His most productive season came in 2014, when he recorded 39 tackles and an interception in 15 appearances.

As for his role with the Titans, Hurst adds more depth and competition to a group which already includes prized free agent signing Logan Ryan, as well as veterans Brice McCain and Jason McCourty.
