The former UDFA and Mike Vrabel favorite Cameron Batson was placed on injured reserve today and likely won’t play for the Tennessee Titans this season.
This news comes from several sources, but I first saw it reported by the Tennessean’s Erik Bacharach.
My initial reactions to the Batson news were that, it is always hard to see a guy with a potential to change his life and make a career in the NFL, lose a prime chance to do so.
I wasn’t always high on him, but the coaching staff (who spend exponentially more time critically analyzing him) really liked him so I was looking forward to see if he could make a big impression during the preseason.
