The Tennessee Titans’ Cinderella season came to an end on Sunday after a 35-24 loss to the Kansas City Chiefs in the AFC Championship Game.
Tennessee was simply over-matched by Patrick Mahomes and Co., as the defense simply had no answer for whatever he and Chiefs head coach Andy Reid threw at it.
But Titans fans shouldn’t hang their head about this one. Nobody expected the Titans to get to where they were today, and at one point even the mighty Chiefs were sweating it out after Tennessee took a 10-0 lead.
The bottom line is this: the 2019 season was ultimately a success and there is plenty of reasons to have hope for the future.
