The surprising news arrives just minutes after the Titans ruled Tart OUT for the game against the Houston Texans this weekend. Yeah, no kidding. Tart had been a non-participant in two practices this week with a non-injury related designation that was highlighted as “personal.”
Tart entered Monday’s victory over the Miami Dolphins with a “questionable” tag due to similar “personal” reasons.
