Daquan Jones looked much better than last year already, but no one next to him stepped up. Right now the only three defensive tackles that I think the Titans have as NFL-caliber starters are: Casey, Jones and Jeffery Simmons.
With Simmons set to start the season on injured reserve or on some sort of injury restriction, there isn’t a lot of room for error at that position.
