Tennessee Titans hire Mical Johnson as first full-time female scouting assistant

NASHVILLE, Tenn. - The Tennessee Titans hired Mical Johnson as a full-time scouting assistant on Tuesday. Johnson is the first female to work full-time for their scouting department. She'll work in both college and pro scouting.

Johnson served as an intern last year in the Amy Adams Strunk Women in Football program. She is a former tennis player from 2015 - 2019 at Belmont University in Nashville.

Titans coach Mike Vrabel and GM Jon Robinson created an internship program called the 'Amy Adams Strunk Women in Sports Program' which offers intern positions on their staff specifically dedicated to females.
