Maybe Philip Rivers is still an option for the Indianapolis Colts? Who knows? It seems almost ridiculous to make these types of proclamations during the first week of August, but it doesn’t feel like it’s ridiculous to state the Tennessee Titans are completely capable of dominating a division that, to be frank, has more than its fair share of issues.
