The Tennessee Titans are starting to form their 2021 practice squad. The Titans have announced 12 of their 16 practice squad players following the first day of NFL Roster cuts. The biggest Titans story is the placing of rookie WR Dez Fitzpatrick. The 4th round pick from the 2021 NFL draft did not impress well enough in the preseason to garnish a spot on the 53-man roster.
