NASHVILLE, Tenn. -- The Tennessee Titans will forever have significant history with the St. Louis Rams.
The Rams are moving back to Los Angeles after 21 seasons in St. Louis.
The Rams’ high point during that stretch was a win in Super Bowl XXXIV at the Georgia Dome on Jan. 30, 2000. They beat the Titans in a classic game that capped Tennessee’s first year as the reinvented Houston Oilers playing at what was then Adelphia Stadium, wearing the flame ball logo.
The Titans fell behind 16-0 in the third quarter, and coach Jeff Fisher gathered his team and pointed at the opposite sideline.
